There’s a ‘Publish as PDF…’ option on the File menu, and if you expand the ‘More Options’ section at the bottom of the Publish PDF dialog you can use the ‘Prepress’ section to select the page marks that you want to include.

Can you create PDF artwork in DrawPlus please?

I've never worked this way before, but I saw that PDF art often has '+' registration marks
at the corners. This would help me a lot because I am experimenting with print-on-print
images.
