It is obviously pi raised to the power of e because that will produce pie, which is always more tasty than epi which is always a prefix and needs something added to make it useful let alone probably having no flavor at all.

Pi to two decimal places is 3.14. It was only quite recently that I read something which pointed out the mirror image of 3.14 looks like PI.E (well, sort of).
