Yes. Same problem here when using this link but www.bing.com seems to work if using an "edge" browser.

Seems to be working for me today but you must use the Edge Browser.

I, too, see the outage now. Tomorrow's another day. Hopefully it will get fixed.
When you think of the number of users trying at the same time world wide, it's a wonder to me these things work at all.

At least it is not just a problem on this computer.

But that just seems to be a search engine, not the ai that can generate paintings.

I asked it as follows.

Please produce a painting in the style of Renoir of a lady feeding an okapi.

But it just treated it as a search, not as a prompt for generative ai.

I tried to start Bing Chat ai today and it will not start up, I am informed that it is loading, but does not load, sometimes giving a red circle with a red bend dexter upon it.

Any ideas why, please?
