A 2 hours 41 minutes 25 seconds video of President Macron visiting the restored Notre Dame Cathedral on Friday 29 November 2024.
The video is in French with French subtitles.
Following Alfred's post I found that there are English subtitles.
Regarding the Crown of Thorns, there is a sequence in the above video where the place where the Crown of Thorns is now displayed is shown and discussed.

Donald Trump is currently President-elect. He doesn’t become President until the presidential inauguration which is scheduled to take place on January 20th, 2025.
That reply is correct.
However, a person who is either the current President or a former President has the honorific President.

Manually, if one goes back to -2hr 50 minutes, President Macron arrives.
For around half an hour, President Macron and Madame Macron welcome people, one being President Trump and one Prince William.
At around -2 hrs 06 minutes the bell starts being rung.
Then the Clergy arrive and the Archbishop knocks on the door with his crozier.
After a while he enters.
At a little after -7 minutes there is the French National Anthem.
Please add notes for any other interesting parts that you find.

The subtitles that I saw initially were in auto-generated English, but reloading the page gave me auto-generated French. You can, of course, choose to have YouTube auto-translate to your choice of language from a long list.
