DropBox link to "the BothAnd Blog fix popup"

I shared the .wpp file to my email. When I click on URL above, DropBox says : this file type not supported"

Note1 --- I could do the popup myself if someone could describe the steps to create a Panel with invisible background, and then insert a text box that would be visible.

Note2 --- I now have a Panel and a new Text Box created within the Panel. But cant figure out how to Associate the text with the Panel. They remain separate objects.

WP Help says : "You should treat your panel as an empty building block which can be developed using WebPlus standard tools and features. By creating objects within the panel area, they belong to the panel. This extends to objects such as text frames, artistic text, tables, QuickShapes, and pictures. Dragging the panel will also move its associated objects."

Dont know how to "associate" Text with Panel, so I can drag them together as a single object. Grouping doesn't work. I can drag the group, but the panel still seems to remain separate.

I tried again, and it said "the ZIP file is too big to upload". The compressed file is still 4.5mb. 20mb unzipped. It's just one page.

Even Dropbox can't seem to compress a .wpp file. Still 4.5mb.

I've never used Panels, but I'm try to make it work. I created a Panel slightly larger than the text box. Now I'm trying to figure out how to place the hidden text inside the panel. When I slide the hidden text box over the Panel it automatically pops up a dialog. But nothing I need for this purpose.

Next, I drew the Panel on top of the text box, and it seemed to automatically group them as "Panel 2". Then I tried to Edit Properties for the group. But the group edit does not allow CSS invisibility. . . .

Anyway, I now have a hidden panel with text box inside, labeled as Panel_2. And a "click here" button set to Action : Panel_2 show on click . hide when click elsewhere.  But in browser, when I click the button nothing happens.

I'm still missing something about setting actions in this situation.

What does "('disabled') === undefined )" mean in this context? Did I do something wrong?

Sorry about the terminology. As I said, I'm not a coder. My college introduction to computer programming, back in the 1970s, isolated the computer in a locked, air conditioned room. And we Architectural students used teletype keyboards to communicate in Basic language. We stored our simple programs on rolls of paper-punch ticker-tape. 20 years later I had to learn computer drafting, but still no coding.

I assume that BlueHost allows PHP scripting language, but I have no idea how to work in PHP.

I just want to get the Index_HTML file back in my Essay & Image storage site, with as little coding as possible. I don't know what happened to the original, created automatically by WebPlus many years ago. Since then, I have only added images, using WinSCP FTP client. I've never intentionally deleted anything, especially the Index. The images are still there, but my browser can't access them without an Index.

Until I can get the Index fixed, I've used WinSCP to drag & drop the images back to my hard drive. But I still need to get them on a webpage, so I can reference them with a URL on an online forum, which is my retirement hobby.

Since WebPlus is an unsupported orphan, my best option for webpage creation may be Affinity by Canva. But I assume there will be a learning curve, and an annual $120/year subscription price, which I can't afford on my Social Security income. And I don't do commercial websites.

Do you have any experience with Affinity? Is it anything like WebPlus? Would the free version upload a website of images to BlueHost?

I could copy & paste 191 filenames from BlueHost FileManager, but they wouldn't be in the prescribed format, which begins with a back arrow. My keyboard doesn't have a back arrow key, and the shortcuts I found on the net don't work.

I could edit the Index in BlueHost FileManager or in WinSCP. But I don't know how to do the formatting, such as the back arrow.

I don't know how to show you the Index Text except as a screenshot.

The BlueHost tech added the three images shown, but left the rest up to me :

This folder is just a storage site for old essays and images. The images were added one by one over many years using WinSCP client for FTP files. I no longer use the the Essays or Smilies, but I continue to use the images in my WebPlus essays and forums.

Since I don't use WordPress, the BlueHost techs won't touch the Index file.

As you suggested, I could ZIP the list of images. But I don't know how to do that in WinSCP.
In BlueHost File Manager, I could do "select all", then "Move To", and send the 191 files to the Index folder. But I assume the list can't just go just any place in the Index file.

How can I ZIP 191 files in BlueHost File Manager?

I don't know how the Index file works.
I guess I'll have to "Copy" and "Send To" "Index_HTML" in File Manager, for all 191 files. I'll try it for a few, and then see if the images show up in the browser.

Actually, the filename is "index_HTML". And I use WinSCP (FTP client) to upload and download files to the BlueHost site. And that worked well for about 15 years, until the Index file mysteriously disappeared. So I couldn't access the stored files with my FireFox browser.

A BlueHost tech has recreated the Index_HTML file for me. And the list of essays is now accessible. But I had hundreds of images on the site, so he left it up to me to add them to the Index. Now I need to know how to add 191 images to the Index, as a group, instead of one by one. I'm still wondering about that.

In the meantime, I can use WinSCP to access & open each image. But it's not as convenient as using my browser.

Thanks. During a project I frequently view it in Firefox to see how it looks in a browser. And I when I finish a project, I also look at it in Microsoft Edge, and seldom find significant differences.

But I still insist that I used to be able to flow text around an embedded picture. I have several instances on similar past pages. But my senile brain can't remember how it was done. And HELP is no help.

The illustrations are just two of several attempts to make text flow around the picture. I have forgotten how I used to do it, so these both show imperfect results. If I can find a way to make text flow around the image, I'll then deal with alignment of the title.

I started with PagePlus many years ago, and later migrated to WebPlus. Since my webpages are mostly for my own private use, and I don't get paid for doing this, and I only do a new blog post on occasion, I've never been forced to learn much about how WP8 works "under the hood". And, yes, I am painfully aware of the limitations of HTML, but I still strive to emulate printed text, for my own satisfaction. I am my own editor.

The BothAnd spelling is an idiosyncrasy of my philosophical blog. The Either-Or and Either/Or discrepancy is a result of two operations separated by an interval of time. The body text was copied and pasted from a separate page.

Any suggestions for reminding this "old dog", and amateur WP user, of how to wrap text around a picture?

Thanks, but I'm an 80 year old dog, not inclined to learn new tricks. Declining into senescence and obsolescence. I was hoping there was cheap-fix for WebPlus that wouldn't require much learning. But I still have enough energy to go back and manually insert hyphens to make lines and paragraphs come out right.
