Hi All, a new member here. I've had a break from video editing but now want to get back into it but my MoviePlus X6 needs to unlock a codec for handling mp4 files. I've been in touch with Alfred who has responded with the following-
"I’m afraid we can’t unlock unused codecs any more: we’ve been unable to do so ever since the unlock server was taken offline several years ago. However, I think it should be possible for you to use another user’s unlock codes by borrowing their product key"
Is there anyone on here editing mp4 files who would be kind enough to help me?
