The ArtCraft guys have created Linux versions on the apps which is pretty cool as Affinity/Canva don't seem to be working in that direction.

I had a quick play with the Publisher/InDesign app, DesignCraft and it is, err, lacking. So, sadly, I can't be ditching Windows just yet!

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has tried the Macbook Neo with the Affinity suite.

How have you found it? What's the Affinity Photo v2 benchmark scores? I know there's low RAM and the USB-C selection is poor but I'm wondering how people find it in real world use, if anyone has any experience.

Thanks,
Wag

Ali if you want to be a Canva shill flounce off and join their Discord. There are many rational heads here who don't like the way Affinity has gone so you will find the discussion is not to your liking.

Now perhaps we can raise the tone back up to an adult level?

Uncalled for.

From the FAQ on affinity.studio/get-affinity

What if I prefer to use the Affinity V2 suite? Will it get updates?

That’s totally fine. Your Affinity V2 license (via Serif) remains valid and Serif will continue to keep activation servers online. But please note that these apps won’t receive future updates.

For the best experience, we recommend using the new Affinity by Canva app.

Thanks everyone.

It looks like WYSIWYG Web Builder I would have to arrange the web hosting etc which I don't know how to do! So I might stick with Wix or variant for now.

Hello all,

I'm just looking into making a simple website for my partner's new venture and was wondering about people's experience of the "Build your own website" services such as Wix, Squarespace etc. I see even Canva have their own version now...

I used Wix many years ago and thought it was... ok.

Thanks for your time.
