Hi John,
Thanks for your help. Lesson learnt - I have saved new document as a package, so hopefully will be safe this time.
Hi,
I have been using Pageplus x9 very successfully for a few years now to produce a catalogue for our small business but, as I was completing the updates for this year, all the images disappeared from the screen. The 'link' to the images seems to have been lost and whenever I try to reload an image it just comes up with an error message saying 'Windows cannot access \\scratch-srv\Scratch' and all the image file names have changed to 'Simple---thin-white-single.png'.
The only images still available are ones that I have had to copy and paste as they were in the wrong format initially, i.e. not jpeg. In fact, I had just been converting a php image to a jpeg when everything else disappeared.
Any suggestions for an easy fix, or for an explanation as to why it's happened so that I can avoid the same happening again, would be much appreciated. Thanks.
