How can I email a human at Microsoft please?
My computer crashed.
I am using a Windows 10 machine that I bought as a backup in case of a crash. I bought it years ago when Currys had it at a greatly reduced price. It is a 10 inch screen like the machine I used years ago.
Alas, somehow or other it has me down as born in 2023.
I want to get that changed.

Wouldn't that data come from your Microsoft account? If you can sign in to your Microsoft account you should be able to change your date of birth.
