Yes it was exactly the same version. I have since reinstalled the software but haven't tried it yet.
I'm not too bothered about the old laptop but I do use my desktop quite often for my website and hope this won't be doing the same thing. I can't check it at the moment as it won't switch on! Hopefully just the PSU.

I have just installed X7 on my new windows 11 laptop and opened, edited and saved my website.
I went to open it on my old windows 10 machine and get a error message that the file may be corrupt (it isn't) or it was created with a later version. It then gives the version the file was created with which is the same as the one I updated the site on.
Could it be a problem with updating to windows 11?

I can't find my installation discs for pageplus x5 or x8.
Does anyone know where I can download these from please. I am fairly sure I have the licence key for both.
I don't really want to buy the discs again as I paid full price for them in the first place, having bought nearly every version of most of their software over the years.

Dear All,
I usually generate my web pages in tables to have better control over the layout but have only just noticed that when I open the website, the text is not selectable in the web browser. Text in text boxes is selectable (therefore readable by accessibilty software).
Is there something I can do to make the text in the published tables selectable or will I have to go through my whole site re formatting it using text boxes.
I hope I have made my problem clear although I suspect I may not have done.
Any advice welcome.

Were you able to find a copy of the webplus X7 installer please?
I have been searching everywhere for it with no luck. I have found a couple on ebay but very expensive and I have already bought it and have the license.
