Topic: Fail of MP4 import (taken by Samsung phone)

Could anybody give a solution to the following problem:
I can't import video files taken by my Samsung A50 mobile phone with
MoviePlus X6.
I receive the following error message:

To import  ....MP4 , the following feature must be unlocked:
H.264 video decoding, AAC audio decoding, H.264 video decoding (MPLA)

To unlock the features manually please contact Technical Support
quoting the following information:
Product Key: MPX6U-NOR01-nnnnn-nnnnn-nnnnn
Feature Codes: 6, 14, 23

Serif shut down the Unlock server years ago when they abandoned Movie Plus.  So unfortunately you are out of luck.  Perhaps it's time to move to another video editor.

If by any chance you have an earlier installation of MPX6 on an old computer where the mp4 files worked, you can export the unlock from your old computer to a file, and import that into your new installation of MPX6.
