There’s a famous story about Stirling Moss being stopped for speeding by a policeman who asked him, "Who do you think you are, Stirling Moss?"

Jack Brabham told a similar story in an interview. He said that when he was pulled over and was asked the same question, his reply was "No, but I love beating him". Brabham was lost in London, trying to find his way to pick up some parts from somewhere. The policeman gave him an escort.
