I’m afraid I haven’t yet found out how to avoid the two-stage process of adding an image as an attachment and then embedding it in a post. Anyway, thanks for sharing that lovely photo!
More USA scenery - Monument valley - Arizona & Utah.
It's where cowboys ride endlessly through the desert in the movies. It was used cleverly in Stagecoach
Taken on our Golden Wedding Anniversary trip. I've got loads of pictures - on a Canon Ixus 60 camera.
ps, I wonder why this picture has come out so small. Where is the best place to adjust its size?

Karen, yes it was a most enjoyable tour of the western states - taking in some of California, Arizona , Utah, Nevada, the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon Not forgetting a couple of days in Las Vegas, Mormon country, and Native American regions (or do we call them the First Peoples..
Then again, I did spend several months mid year in around 1971 in San Francisco working in an American company on a joint US/UK project. That was interesting. When one meets similar people at work and for some shared leisure, one gets to know a lot more than if one meets only hotel and restaurant staff.

I'm confused now. It does work with those I have just tested. It didn't used to work.
I think it didn't work on attachments shown only as the link/description.
My problem is a very poor short term memory. I can't remember things I have just done.
