Topic: Adding a blog into web page using Web Plus x8

Hi Serif family:
I would like to know what the easiest way is to put a simple, basic blog into my WebPlus x8 web page.
Is there a free or even low cost  easy to use software that i can download or use online to create and install a blog on my page?

I recommend using Blogspot.com which is owned by Google.
It seems to be blogger.com now.
I think it's free.
I have a friend who posts a new blog every week.

Then it's just a hyperlink in WebPlus.

I made the blog but I don't see any options to create a hyperlink to put the blog in my web page.
