Alfred's Serif Users' Forums → WebPlus → WebPlus X6 - problem loading
Hi,
I've got a couple of websites I built using WebPlus X6. Haven't updated them for several years but when I try to load WebPlus X6, I get this error message.
Just wondered if anyone can suggest a solution - do I need to try and re-install WebPlus?

Welcome, Alan! Good to see you here.
It does rather look as though you’ll need to reinstall the program, or at least repair the current installation. If you’re using a download instead of a physical disc, unpack it to a known location and then run the setup.exe file from there so that the components remain permanently available (instead of being written to a temporary folder which may subsequently be deleted).
