I have just installed the program on my PC and normally when I install it the program checks for updates It did not do it on this occasion. The version number I have is 19.0.2.22. Is this the latest version please? Or has the latest update version been removed for the web? Cheers Vicki
PPX9 was (eventually!) patched twice, so version 19.0.2.22 will have been the very last version.
All of the ‘legacy’ installers have been removed from the Serif site.
Ok thanks Alfred, I have most of the DVD's for the programs but I did download all the ESDPK files that I might of needed along with all of my installation codes. So it looks as if the ESDPK file was the latest patched version.
Vicki, with Serif having abandoned the Plus range your PPX9 is probably reaching a dead end when phoning "home" to check for updates. So it's unable to check. As Alfred said "All of the ‘legacy’ installers have been removed from the Serif site."
My greatest fear is that Adobe could make a hostile bid to take over Serif sadly.
