I am a WebPlus 8 user. I have noticed in the last few months on
windows 10 that publishing often gets stuck. Whereas the same thing
works fine on Windows 7. Is it some Microsoft DLL....?
Or is there some workaround that allows me to publish one changed page on windows 10?
