Hope someone can help me...this error came out of nowhere. I made changes to a client web site a week ago. Published and saved just fine. One week later, I made another change to the same site, published fine, and when I tried to Save the file to my computer, I get the error shown in the screenshot. I tried several times and continued to get the same message, forcing me to close the file without saving and losing the changes to that file. I powered off my computer and restarted. Tried again - same thing.

I deleted the install of WebPlus x8, re-installed the software from disc and tried again. I got the same error. I wasn't sure then if it was as WebPlus issue or a Windows error. So, I opened files in MS Word and also Photoshop. Made changes and they saved to my computer as they should. So, I am at a loss as to how or why this is happening. Or how to fix it!

I opened two different WebPlus x8 sites, made changes and tried saving those files and got the same error.

This client needs monthly updates, so I am stuck making the same changes over and over again to their files. Even though the changes do publish, so that's something I guess. I am really at a loss. I have a basic understanding of Windows but am by no means a "computer whiz." I would sure appreciate any help anyone might have to get this issue fixed.
