Good afternoon.
Just had my laptop reformatted and had Win11 Pro installed.
I know from the past If I run the DVD twice to install PagplusX9 I can install both the 64 and 32 bit versions.
Will it work the same if I run the ESDPK-PPX9-PageplusX9-en-GB.exe file twice which I have on a memory stick? Or do I have to dig the DVD out?

The download has both ‘bittages’ on it, but you may find that you need to unzip it to a folder on your hard drive and then run the Setup program from there.
Alfred, fortunately it did not come to using the ESDPK-PPX9-PageplusX9-en-GB.exe, as we managed to find the original DVD, and all has gone well. We only really need to use the 32bit version to edit and use the *. SDB's files in PagePlus. Thanks, for getting back. Vicki
FYI. It looks as if whatever the past Microsoft problem was with editing a *.sdb file with the 64bit version of PagePlusX9 has been resolved, so apart from that issue I can see no other reason to have both the 64- and 32-bit versions installed. Cheers Vicki
I think the 64-bit version simply has more limited options than the 32-bit one. I’m not aware of the last update having introduced any changes in that respect.

PPX9 ...No CD, lost it and didn't write down the key.
I have on one computer running X9... is there a way I can see the product number key????
I did not want to register it.... but I am still using it, bypass the nag-pop up.
The HELP menu don't show it.
I bought the X9 from Amazon long time ago 
I do have PPX7 product key and disk, but that key will not work, obviously.
Downloaded the PPX9 but no product key.
15 hrs to download.

In PP - Help/Registration wizard. At the bottom of the window it should show your Product Key.
There's also a universal registration key you can use - 881887 so you don't get nagged again.

The Product key is for activating your PP. The registration key is for the optional registration. They are totally different.

Are you looking at Help/Registration Wizard, or Help/About? You need the former.

I am using Win-7 OS and you have Win-10 OS
I bought win-10 machines and had to remove it to Install Win-7 ...Many of my old software will not work above win-7 There are no replacement of those software I need.
I really don't like Win-10 at all.
If anyone wants to sell their old Page plus I am willing to buy it.
No one has one for sale.
The product key should show up after the product is registered. Go to ‘Help > Registration Wizard…’ and enter the universal registration key 881887, and then go to ‘Help > About PagePlus…’ and look for the product key at the bottom of the splash screen.
