Topic: Papier AI

I had an email from Papier mentioning Papier AI.

I have just tried it.

It wrote a poem for me. Alas I should have copied the prompt that I used. It was something like

Please write me a poem about an elephant, a daffodil and a dragon.

Here is the poem:

May your days be filled with the gentle grace of the elephant, the vibrant beauty of the daffodil, and the fiery spirit of the dragon.

Embrace the strength, the joy, and the magic that each one brings.

Wishing you a truly extraordinary journey ahead.

Re: Papier AI

That was for a poem to go with the picture in the following post.

But it needs a square card.

Re: Papier AI

Please write a sonnet where the proposition is whether an AI system can help two people fall in love.

In this world of algorithms and code,
Can an AI system help love to bloom?

With data and calculations bestowed,
Two hearts entwined, a digital heirloom.

Re: Papier AI

[I then tried the same prompt with Bing Chat AI]

Please write a sonnet where the proposition is whether an AI system can help two people fall in love.

Sure, here’s a sonnet on that theme:

In realms of ones and zeros, can love bloom?
Can AI's cold precision spark a flame?
Can algorithms in a server room
Stir hearts to beat in synchrony the same?

Two souls in cyberspace, their paths converge,
Guided by an unseen, coded hand.
Can lines of logic cause a love to surge,
And bridge the gap no human could command?

Yet love is more than data points aligned,
More than shared interests and matched traits.
It's in the mystery of the entwined,
The inexplicable that resonates.

So, can AI make two hearts collide?
Perhaps, but love's true source is found inside.

[Papier AI]

Please write a haiku about a lady feeding an okapi.

In a lush green world,
Lady's hand extends with care,
Okapi's heart fills.

The first draft of Google Bard’s attempt comprised four stanzas of four lines each, despite a sonnet having been requested. The second and third drafts were rather better. This is Draft 2:

Can circuits spark the fire of love's desire?
Can code ignite a soul's unbidden flame?
Can algorithms, with cold, precise command,
Forge bonds of passion, whispering a name?

Or do hearts, in their own wild rhythm beat,
Defy the logic woven in a chip?
Can calculated prompts and preordained meet
Unleash the magic where true feelings trip?

Love's tapestry, with threads of chance and choice,
May mock the binary dance of ones and zeros.
Yet, in the space where data finds a voice,
Perhaps a bridge is built, where shy hearts veer close.

For though AI may nudge, it cannot bind.
Love's spark still flickers in the human mind.

Re: Papier AI

And this is Draft 3:

Can circuits forge a love unseen, unknown?
Can algorithms bridge the chasm wide
Between two hearts, where feelings softly hide?
Can code ignite a spark, a flame full-blown?

Love's tapestry, with threads of chance entwined,
Is spun by whispers, glances soft and shy,
By laughter shared beneath a summer sky,
By kindred spirits, secrets intertwined.

Can logic weave such magic, cold and bright?
Can data points predict a lover's sigh?
Or is love's dance a mystery, a flight
Beyond the reach of circuits, day and night?

Perhaps, in time, when code is more refined,
AI might guide lost souls, love's path to find.
