Hi Alfred here is a pic of my scrapbook studio 1st one I bought then 2nd one is craft artist platinum adition then I bought online as it upgraded which I dont have boxes for

The ‘4’ is actually an ‘A’ (from the Concurso Moderne BTN font family, for those wondering). It’s paired with an artist’s palette that looks like a ‘C’, so that the two together give you ‘CA’. https://punster.me/images/sorcerer.gif

Given that both versions are crashing, assuming that I’ve understood correctly, I’m inclined to believe that it’s something peculiar to your setup. If you load a large number of digikits on startup, try moving most of them out of the ‘My Digikits’ folder into a folder that CraftArtist isn’t set to look at.

Does DSA2 run on your current system without crashing?

Hi Alfred I took the version off the one That is an A.   The one I have on is the one with a Cut out butterfly it all works perfectly, but when I try to take a photo into photo lab it crashes.
Now could it need some type of patch , I have a very good computer Hp LAPTOP-L4GFBLIK AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics            1.80 GHz   ,,,,, {I don't have any other graphics just 1 photo but the minute i take it into photo lab it crashes immediately. Thanks for taking time to try help I am use less, Don't  know what to do now . I did take most of my digikits out of the file (my Digit) but it still crashed.  Chantel

I was finally able to assemble images I needed to complete a memorial page for my brother, who passed away last month. He certainly impacted many, and very nearly 300 people showed up at the church in Florida to give him a wonderful sendoff home. He will be greatly missed.
