I would not be so sure as in the title of the article. Maybe there will be special excursion trips for enthusiasts.

I wouldn’t be so sure, either! What it actually says is

The incredible new £400m UK train station and railway line passengers will never get to us

but it’s obviously meant to say

The incredible new £400m UK train station and railway line passengers will never get to use

If I had been writing it I would have inserted the word ‘that’ between ‘line’ and ‘passengers’ to make it easier to read, but perhaps that’s just me!
