I tried to start Bing Chat ai today and it will not start up, I am informed that it is loading, but does not load, sometimes giving a red circle with a red bend dexter upon it.
Any ideas why, please?

Yes. Same problem here when using this link but www.bing.com seems to work if using an "edge" browser.

At least it is not just a problem on this computer.
But that just seems to be a search engine, not the ai that can generate paintings.
I asked it as follows.
Please produce a painting in the style of Renoir of a lady feeding an okapi.
But it just treated it as a search, not as a prompt for generative ai.

I, too, see the outage now. Tomorrow's another day. Hopefully it will get fixed.

That explains why I had problems with a DuckDuckGo search earlier today.
it is still not loading today, Friday 24 May 2024, just after noon UK Summer time.
