Topic: Serif Craft Artist 2 Professional

I wonder if anyone is able to assist. I own a legally purchased CD and serial number for Craft Artist 2 Professional. However, when I attempted to install this software on my new PC I received the message that this serial number has been used too many times and so is no longer valid.
I am happy to pay for a valid serial number if anyone has one, or even a disk and serial number.
Affinity are unhelpful as they just state that they no longer support this software.
Can anyone assist me?

I’ve only ever heard of Serif product keys being rejected as having been ‘used too many times’ when someone has distributed pirate copies. Did you purchase your copy direct from Serif, or from an official reseller, or privately (e.g. via Amazon Marketplace or eBay)?
