I am doing some work in PPX8 which involves drawing a series of lines using the Pen Tool which need to have the same colour and point size. Each time I start a new line it reverts to a default setting for both parameters, and each new line has to be adjusted to the required settings. I have looked in the normal help file but this problem doesn't seem to be covered. I feel sure that there must be a simple way of solving this.
With a suitably formatted line selected, choose ‘Update Object Default’ from the Format menu. To make the setting persist for new documents, Choose ‘Save Default Settings…’ from the Tools menu, tick the desired options in the dialog that pops up, and then press ‘Save’.
