Topic: Using fonts, clip art, AI-generated items

Is using AI-generated items in artwork and output generated in desktop publishing activity in principle any different from using a font designed other than by oneself, or different from using clip art drawn by someone other than oneself?

Re: Using fonts, clip art, AI-generated items

When you use fonts or pieces of clip art, the licence information attached to such resources tells you about the provenance and copyright status of the items. The issue with AI-generated items is that the AI system may have been trained on material that was used without the originator’s permission.
