Topic: Thumbnails not displaying in File Explorer

I cannot get PagePlus X5 file thumbnails to show when looking at the files as large icons in File Explorer on Windows 10 or 11. I have tried the fixes I can find on line with no success. Other file formats are showing and sometimes one .ppp file will show a thumbnail, but another .ppp doesn't. I have found a couple of work arounds, either using the Browse in PagePlus or doing a search for .ppp in File Explorer in a folder. It's strange that search shows the thumbnails when they don't show otherwise.

This appears to be a Windows problem, rather than Pageplus.

Thank you for the suggestions. I've tried most of those, but I'm just setting up a new Windows 11 PC and I'll try it on there.
