I think that those designs are, or are very like, some that the Monotype Corporation in the United Kingdom had in their range in the 1960s.
The Monotype Corporation included revivals of a number of border designs from the Renaissance era. The Monotype Corporation also had a number of typefaces revived from the Renaissance era as well, such as Garamond.
