Prominent Historical Figures Who Lived Long Enough to Have Their Photo Taken
I know there are minimum ages specified in law for consuming alcohol, smoking, getting married, leaving school, becoming POTUS, etc, but I've never known of one about being photographed.

What’s all this about “Their Photo [sic]”, anyway? They weren’t all alive at the same time, so it would have been impossible for them to appear together in a single photo.
None of those photographs are visible here. ATV.com is all about, believe it or not, ATVs and their equipment. (ATV means All-terrain Vehicle)
There are photographs of the soldiers from the Battle of Waterloo in 1815
Now the astute may recall that photography wasn't invented until the late 1830s and wasn't a practical thing until the late 1840s.
What happened was in the 1840s/50s a photographer got hold of some of the French soldiers who survived, I think mainly the Imperial Guard, and photographed those who had still kept their uniforms. So they have photos in uniform of the Imperial Guard from Waterloo. Even if they uniforms were a little ill-fitting some 35–40 years later. I will have to see if I can find them on-line, I am sure Stanley Kubrick found them for his film about Napoleon that never go made.

Yes, those are some of them... The note say there was a reunion of the French Troops some 40 years later and many wore their uniforms.
So we do have pictures of soldiers from the Battle of Waterloo, 1815 photographed (long) after the event.
So whilst photographers started in 1840ish there will be photos of people born in the late 1700s which comes back to the thread title "Figures Who Lived Long Enough to be Photographed" Without getting woke, or political ALL people are important and have a story to tell.
