Why are you still updating these Closed Affinity Forums?

We wish to keep these forums visible to browse for as long as is practical, but they need to be secure. The underlying software and OS on the servers that these forums run on are no longer supported and need updating to later more secure versions. The forum software needs updating at the same time, as the current ver 4.x will not run once the server software is updated. So although these forums are still closed they will get a new look on 12th February 2026. At the same time we will be increasing the forum security and closing the ability for users to sign-in and modify their accounts.

I remember an art display
In Worcester, in the public gallery,
In the smaller room
Drawings, with green colouring, in wooden frames,
white horses on hillsides
Over a quarter of a century ago
Should this art show have ...
Rules, guidance, suggestions,
describe them as you will
Or not
A strucured display as then
Or a free format, pictures of various sizes
In various frames
A video of the art show
Unedited, hot rolled
To try to be as if there when it happened
As if happening now
Or carefully edited
Resulting in image rubble
Yet will the art show happen
Or be no more than a dream in a forum thread

Why do you say “only” almost six months ago, William? That’s quite a long time! You last posted almost four months ago.
