Topic: New Version of WYSIWYG Web Builder Soon to Drop

For anyone looking for an alternative to the ageing WebPlus, WWB is a credible alternative. I've been using it now for over a year and, although there's a bit of a learning curve, it can produce really stunning websites that are fully responsive, meaning that they are fit for the multi-device world in which we live. I would strongly recommend it. Pablo, the sole developer, has been hard at work creating V21, and has started posting a string of teasers about the improvements and new features that WWB21 will offer.

The support he offers on his forum is great, and he fixes bugs and responds to feature improvement requests very quickly. For me, WWB has become the natural successor to WebPlus. I hope that Alfred will not mind my posting this here.

Why would I mind, Ali? Many of our fellow forum members are looking for a modern alternative to WebPlus, and WWB seems to ‘tick all the boxes’.

Pablo has hinted that the new version will be available later this week.

Re: New Version of WYSIWYG Web Builder Soon to Drop

I first used it at version 16 then got 19 and then 20. Yes there is a learning curve just like Webplus or any other software but there are lots of help videos as well as the very active forum. For things like forms it has in-built php which when you check the box to use it will auto configure the form. You can also create master pages just like webplus ones. In all, lots of good features. You do not need to upgrade every year if your site and new ones you build are working OK.

You have to upgrade if you want the new features! But, to be honest, I would anyway: Pablo is a one-man band, doing this all in his spare time, so I like to support him financially. The upgrade discount is generous.
