Topic: Photo + X5

I have been using Photo+X5 since it came out,
particulaly I like photo adjust and photo fix for ease of use,
I am looking to update to a more modern photo editing program with one touch photo adjust and photo fix ,
can you advise me please,
all help and advice appreciated

Re: Photo + X5

Have you had a look at the free Affinity by Canva? I don't use it as a photo editor, but it has a lot of automated options. And it's free, so giving it a test drive wouldn't cost you anything.

I suppose it really depends on what you are wanting the 'one touch' solution to do to your photos. What would you expect from it?

thank you Ali, much appreciated, I will have a look at that,

Re: Photo + X5

Affinity 3 by Canva incorporates a set of powerful, modern digital image editing tools (previously sold separately as Affinity Photo) and I use it all the time.

But it's not really geared towards one-touch adjust and fix - the target market is the enthusiast/professional photographer, and at that level I reckon it's very good at what it does.

The basic version is free, and I think fun to use. By all means give it a try: just be aware that there is a learning curve.

It includes AI elements that might offer one-touch editing fixes, but you need a paid Canva premium subscription to use them.

Another option might be a consumer-oriented product like Adobe Photoshop Elements (one-off payment, but won't break the bank) which is more aimed towards one-touch quick fixes.

Ultimately I suppose there's a trade-off between how much time and effort you're prepared to put into learning a new piece of software and how much you're prepared to pay.
