Topic: Affinity Studio v3.2

An update to Affinity crept out yesterday in advance of the Canva keynote session.
The Release Notes are available via the Help Centre: https://www.affinity.studio/help/releas … se%20notes

Not a great deal for those using the Layout Studio – you can now use images as bullets.
The Vector Blob Brush Tool may be interesting.
Numerous fixes listed.

It's only been a month since the last update – can we dream of monthly updates in the future?

No comment on when the iPad version might appear.

Re: Affinity Studio v3.2

I have found a very tedious bug in 3, which they say they should fix in a "Future Update" which is very frustrating. In fact, it is a regression from 2.6.5.

Super annoying to say the least!

August was mentioned quite some time ago, but ‘might appear’ clearly isn’t as useful as ‘will appear’!

There are several tedious/annoying bugs in the latest version, Sam. Which particular bug is particularly bugging you?

Well, when exporting to PDF, the input box, which allows you to choose which pages to export, does not like "Pasting" and it will ignore the values entered. If you type them, then it works.!!!

That does sound quite annoying! It might be picking up leading or trailing spaces or other non-printing characters, but the app should automatically ‘sanitize’ the input instead of leaving it to the user to do it manually.

Re: Affinity Studio v3.2

Can anyone explain what the Update 3.2.1 was all about?

Re: Affinity Studio v3.2

Details of changes arriving in the updates are listed in the Release Notes at https://www.affinity.studio/help/release-notes/. You have to scroll down to see the most recent information.

It's also confusing how Affinity now label the update versions - the current public version is: Apr '26 (4425), but is also v3.2.1.4425

Re: Affinity Studio v3.2

And in case people haven't noticed, a new update to Affinity by Canva became available today.
Version "June 26 (4557)" aka version 3.2.2.4557 with Release Notes describing the bug fixes on the Affinity Help page.
