I don't know if this is a problem with PagePlus x9 or my PDF software. Until last week, when I created a PDF from a PagePlus document, the PDF preview would pop up once it was created. That no longer happens, and I have to open the folder to view the PDF. No software has been updated, well, perhaps Win11, but I don't know

There's an option on the Publish PDF dialogue to preview the PDF. Do you have this checked?

Thanks, Geoff. I do have that checked, even reinstalled PP, but no change.
It works OK for me, so I don't have any ideas. Do you have Acrobat, or something else, set as the default for opening PDFs?
I'm using Wondershare PDF Element. I just updated that, and now it immediately offers to open the PP-PDF, so I guess an old program was the problem.
