Topic: Is Affinity 2 still connecting to Pixababy?

subject says it all.
I can still connect to  Pexels from the Stock window but the connection to Pixababy fails in all three apps.

Re: Is Affinity 2 still connecting to Pixababy?

I just fired up Photo v2 on my Mac, selected Stock / Pixabay, and typed in 'desert'. It worked to find images. Ditto for man, woman, sky, etc. I was able to drag the images into my workspace.

I can get Pixababy now.

They must have been doing some maintenance when I tried. on the 5th.

I have seen this sort of thing happen with other apps in this situation. Where despite promises of a perpetual licence for discontinued software they start degrading things so you have to go to the new version.  As it happened just after Ash has gone and some other corporate things happened... I go to my default mode of cynical. :-)

I can't disagree.

I'm still somewhat surprised the old forum is still available. Although I was smart enough to download all the submissions I thought I might need in future when they originally appeared, I still point people there when they're looking for some things. Creofora, unfortunately is a poor substitute.

And Canva's silly kiddie-forum replacement - I can't even remember its name - is useless (in my opinion, of course). I signed in to capture my user name, but that's it. I've never been back since signing out.
