Topic: Serif Programs with Windows 11

Has anyone installed Draw Plus X6, PhotoPlus 11 or WebPlus X8 onto windows 11 successfully? I want to upgrade my computer but as I use these programs a lot did not want to do so if they will not work on the latest windows version.

Re: Serif Programs with Windows 11

I have had WebPlusx8 on Win 11 and it seems OK. I also have DrawPlusx8 and PhotoPlusx8 versions and they work, but can't say if the versions you mention would.

"Cats," he said eventually. "Cats are nice."

There is some discussion at https://punster.me/serif/viewtopic.php?pid=1651#p1651

It seems the toolbars may appear very small, and cannot be enlarged. Copilot states:

Serif DrawPlus X6 does run on Windows 11, but it is not fully compatible. The main issue is that its toolbars and UI elements become tiny and nearly unreadable on modern high‑resolution displays because DrawPlus X6 is not High‑DPI aware. This is a known limitation confirmed by Serif users

Thank you both for your replies. The verdict does seem to be that they might work but with limitations. I may have to 'bite the bullet' and hope for the best.
