Hi Eric and Alfred, well Movieplus x6 loaded onto the computer fine, I also loaded the unlocking files onto the computer too but it say they are not operative on this computer so I cant open clips in X6 or x5, shame, but don't know what else I can do now, never mind I've got Videopad I can work with.
Would it be that the unlock files wont work with Windows 11 which is now on my new computer.
I see that you refer here to ‘files’, plural. The unlock codes should be in a single *.mfu file: is that what you’ve actually been trying to use?

At the left is a lady facing the middle of the painting... The lady has her right arm outstretched straight so that the horse may kiss her hand.
I’m quite impressed that the lady is depicted with her back to the viewer, given that this is a necessary condition for a subject on the left with her right arm stretched out towards the other subject on the right.

Eric asked whether you can see the disc in Windows Explorer. When you open an Explorer window, you should see the CD/DVD drive. If it shows you the files on your MoviePlus disc, it’s possible that it’s simply failing to autorun, in which case the thing to do is to copy the contents to a new folder on your hard drive, locate ‘setup.exe’ in that folder and double-click it to run the installer.

The ‘4’ is actually an ‘A’ (from the Concurso Moderne BTN font family, for those wondering). It’s paired with an artist’s palette that looks like a ‘C’, so that the two together give you ‘CA’. 
Given that both versions are crashing, assuming that I’ve understood correctly, I’m inclined to believe that it’s something peculiar to your setup. If you load a large number of digikits on startup, try moving most of them out of the ‘My Digikits’ folder into a folder that CraftArtist isn’t set to look at.
Does DSA2 run on your current system without crashing?

I’m a little confused by your saying it’s crashing “again”. I thought it was CA2 (which is the program circled in the picture you posted) that was crashing before, prompting you to ask if I could help you reinstall the previous version. Is your newly installed copy of version 1 also crashing now?

I have a copy of PPx6. Which files need to be shared?
Unless you have limited ‘bandwidth’ available, the simplest way forward is to compress everything into a single *.zip file and share that. Then all the recipient would need to do is unzip to a new folder on a local hard drive and double-click on the ‘setup.exe’ file within that folder to run the installer.
I've been evaluating the "free forever" version
I don’t see a free version, let alone a “free forever” version! After the 30-day trial it’s $49.95 per user: that includes two years of upgrade protection, but it’s still far from free.
I’ll need to look into sharing my copy of the installer — unless one of our fellow forum members gets there first!
My apologies: I’d forgotten that I only have downloadable installer files for X7 and later. I probably still have a PPX6 installation disc somewhere, but I’d need to hunt for it.

That’s probably the order number. It certainly isn’t the product key, which consists of 25 alphanumeric characters in five groups of five (beginning with ‘PPX6’, in this case). If the installation on your old computer is registered, you can read the product key from the splash screen that pops up when you choose ‘About PagePlus…’ from the Help menu within the program; if it’s unregistered, go to registration wizard — again via the Help menu — and enter the Universal Registration Key 881887 (and then revisit the splash screen). Please don’t post your product key here!

I’m guessing that you mean PagePlus X6, since PagePlus X6 is already quite old and PagePlus 6 without the X is very much older. Either way, you can’t just move the installed application: you need to reinstall it. Do you have an installation disc or a downloaded installer file, and (assuming that we are indeed talking about X6) do you have a note of the product key?
I'd tell them to get lost. I don't do meetings in the middle of the night.
