Yes PagePlusX9 work fine on win11.  I have Affinity Publisher which I am trying to learn, at the moment whilst I can use it on a limited basis I find I return to pagePlus for many things that Publisher is unable to do....Yet.

Ok thanks for everyone's advice.  I have cracked it on how to use it. I can send the PDF form as an email attachment which members can fill in, then save the completed attachment, then send it back to me.  There is also the option for the recipient to print it, fill it in and give it to me in person at our club.  Once again thank you all, Vicki

Alfred there is a facility  within  PagePlus that lets you create and use electronic-based PDF forms to collect inputted data from readers of your publication in an efficient and modern manner. In much the same way as traditional paper forms are used to collect information.  it all seems a bit daunting to me so I just wondered if anybody had used the facility or whether there was a Tut on it. Ok that's great of you Alfred.  Now downloaded.
A couple of further questions on this if we may.
I know you need a program to extract to codecs from our existing XP installation.  Where do we get the program and how does one use it please? Or am I still able to do this through the existing application as described by Serif.
Once extracted how does one go about getting the MoviePlus X6 program to find it and install it?
As regards the download you supplied is the patch an update to the main program and should we just run the patch after we have installed MoviePlus X6
Sorry for all the questions.
Cheers
Vicki/John

Good morning to all. On Sunday I managed to fire up my old XP desktop in several years. It is with the hope I can extract the codecs for MoviePlus X6 and activate them after installing on a win11 Desktop with no CD/DVD drive.

I downloaded from a Serif site my original PagePlus and Drawpus files as ESK***** files along with the install codes.

Is this site still operative please so that I can download the MoviePlusX6 ESK****** file

I have a copy of all my Serif installation codes
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
Thank You
Vicki/John

Tom, yes I was aware of the picture frames in assets. but I seen to recall at some stage either in the gallery in Drawplus there were picture type frames in the styles in pageplus of the same.  Cheers Vicki

Jandanz.  I've been driven by nuts by this also.  Somewhere in the past PagePlus used to have a selection of photo frames that one could use in a project but for the life of me i cannot find it in PPX9.  So if you ever resolve this let me know.  In the meantime if you go to Photolab/effects/style you will find a vignette effect.  Cheers Vicki

Its been an awfully long time since I used Webplus, but at the back of my mind I seen to remember you can download the site and then examine it.  Sorry not to have been much more help Vicki.  By the by I am considering reinstalling WebPlus to make a new site for my Art and Craft business.  I still have my domain name.  Wish me luck.

My greatest fear is that Adobe could make a hostile bid to take over Serif sadly.

Ok thanks Alfred, I have most of the DVD's for the programs but I did download all the ESDPK files that I might of needed along with all of my installation codes. So it looks as if the ESDPK file was the latest patched version.

I have just installed the program on my PC and normally when I install it the program checks for updates It did not do it on this occasion.  The version number I have is 19.0.2.22.  Is this the latest version please?  Or has the latest update version been removed for the web?  Cheers Vicki

having had lots of problems with my NLE and a couple of other programs I made the decision to reformat my hard drive and put a clean copy of Win11 on again.
The problem was thought to have been a corrupt 2005 MS visual C++redistributable for which Win11 and MS no longer support.
I have reintroduced all the software I am likely to use at the moment apart from PagePlus X9
Does anybody know if it installs any redistributable's
Many thanks Vicki

Ive just downloaded your file.  If you look in the right hand studio panel you should see pages layers and styles tabs.
If you select the layer tab then click on its plus sign it will expose all the layers which can be edited.  Also some of your lines have a different mode of line shape Hope that is helpful.  Vicki

Good evening Max
Sorry I cannot answer your questions directly.

I have both the 64 and 32 bit version of PagePlus X9 installed on Win11. The 32 bit version (SDB function), "from memory" has more functionality than the 64bit version.  You should be able to install the 32 bit version from the same source you installed the 64bit version. I don't know whether this will help you or not.  Best luck and kind regards Vicki

I just wonder why you might have thought PagePlus might be a problem William. I use PagePlus X9 on both Win10 and Win11 I have yet to find a feature that does not work.  Cheers Vicki

No snow here in Chessington -3 overnight, CH set at 17c and the log burner keeping house nice and toasty. feeling the heat from the logs for the third time. Will be planting tulip bulbs on Friday.

Stevie, I think it all comes down to your wallet what you are trying and wanting to do.  My husband dealt with a person at PCSpecialist who advised him on his requirements without any actual sales pitch, in the end he went with them with a higher specification they suggested, and he has never regretted. Here is a link if you want to have a look around....... https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/

Good morning. Is anybody able to help out with an idiots guide to creating a new text style that I can base a TOC on. As hard as I try to change the default style to one of a different font and font size as soon as I do a regenerate it reverts back.  Many thanks Vicki

FYI. It looks as if whatever the past Microsoft problem was with editing a *.sdb file with the 64bit version of PagePlusX9 has been resolved, so apart from that issue I can see no other reason to have both the 64- and 32-bit versions installed.  Cheers Vicki
