Re: Cats, cats, and more cats!
Yes curiosity killed the cats but remind me Alfred, what was it that brought them back?

Thanks for asking, Eric! I didn’t know the second half of the proverb until your question prompted me to look it up: “Curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.”
Thanks Alfred. In hindsight I could have looked it up

An FB friend posted this one yesterday and I had to nick it.
Our late Milady Hecate was a real foodie. One thing I really do miss is her growly meow demand for food, along with the 'stare'. I'm sure she would have cottoned on to this quite quickly and the bell would have been resounding pretty much all the time.

"No, it's me!" says Binx.

Are we going to see a picture of Suzi in the near future, Jack?
Re Suzi pic.
I haven't taken any pics of her for some time. I have posted pics previously, especially when we got her from the rescue centre, and I sometimes find it hard to see that she is about 13 years old, having had her all of 9 years. Hard to realise that.
She has changed very little from when we got her, the time of the previous pic. Posted, I think, on the now defunct classic serif lounge.
I'll see if I can get some more pics, but she is a difficult colour to show up well.

Thanks, Jack. If she really has changed so little over the past nine years, perhaps you could simply dig out the previous pic and post that one!
Suzi is a beautiful, very regal looking cat, Jack. She has lovely colouring and markings.

I couldn’t agree more!
This is our little Munchkin, Binx. He is coming up to about 6 years old now. Sometimes when curled up sleeping, whether on our laps or beside us, as here, he will make these funny little noises as he looks to be smacking his lips. I call it doing his geiger-counter impression. I think it's a suckling thing he has never grown out of. You might need to turn up the sound.

Lovely markings, huh!
She has added a couple of small patches of white - got too friendly with wet paint. Only a few hairs though, hopefully will come out in a few days.

Oops! One of the reasons we only ever used water-based paints. The other being that solvent-based make me rather ill.
I hope Suzi is back to her original markings very soon.
Sweet little kitties, curled in an empty pot.
Selene Mama Cat also liked plant pots, but the one she chose was already full, so she became the kitty topping.
