Thank you, I will have a look. The old computer is rather old and done, but it might open up to reveal this code. I installed Panorama 4 from the disc, but although it installed properly, it looks as if it will not work. Do you have any ideas why this is happening?
I do have the complete set, and there is no indication of any installation code. However, when I installed the Panorama Plus4, the installation code was there, strangely enough. If this is the same code, how do I find it again, as I have tried without luck?
Can anyone tell me where to find the code to install my Photo Plus X5? I have searched my discs, and there is no reference to it.

Hi Alfred, Thank you for your answer. It appears it is the actual file that will not play after it has been edited. Other files play on the AUDIO tracks! I wonder if this has something to do with Windows 11? The editing software I use is NCH, but never had any problems with it before. It certainly is a mystery. Sorry for stretching your imagination with this, as it may well be something other than MP6. I am baffled at this moment.

Hi Alfred, Sorry to bother you with the problem I had. I had to alter my recording and send it to Documents before attaching it to my recording for a third time, and it has worked. Therefore, it had nothing to do with MP6, but could be Windows 11, which I have recently bought.

Hi Alfred, No, everything looks normal, and I have been working on this problem for a while, but still no answer. While muting the second track, it became stuck in mute, although not muted- it showed as live but was still muted? I went into PROPERTIES, and it seemed alright to me. However, on the image for PROPERTIES, there is a Slightly Brown colour, which is on the Audio section; whether that indicates something wrong, I am not sure.
Hi, I've recently had trouble with my audio reception after making edits. When I first set up my film and test it, and then discover I have to edit the audio on a separate machine, and then insert it into the film, no sound plays. Yet, looking at the soundtrack, it has the sound on it, but the actual sound does not play. This is something new to me, and I wondered if anyone has an answer to this problem? I have looked at the help line for audio, but there is no answer for Faults, etc. Thanking anyone for help with this new problem.JIM

There are no scratches on the discs, and I have cleaned them twice with a smooth cloth, but so far, it has had no effect on them.

The unit has one cable and fits into the D on the computer. It appears when I press the PC symbol and it asks to insert a disc when one is in the unit. I have tried the disc several times but it still asks for one to be inserted.

Photo PlusX5 Question.
I have a new computer with Windows 11, and although my DVD plug-in unit appears in the C drive it does not appear on the index in the File Explorer.
I see the recent updates have taken place so why will the DVD unit not appear and the DVD for my Photo Plus X5 not upload. Would this be due to the C++ you have already mentioned in a reply? Should this have been included in Microsofts installations? If not how is the best method of placing it on my computer?

Thank you, Albert, I have just done that. I had been looking at Tools but did not remember the Advanced area. Whatever, I have fixed it now so all is working fine. I am grateful for everyone's input to get my Movie Plus X6 working on the new computer. BEST WISHES TO EVERYONE FOR ALL THE HELP JIM

Yes, I did export the codes, but have messed this up somehow. I have the unlocked codes and It appears to be the problem of moving them into the new computer's Movie Plus X6?
Therefore, what have I to do to complete this task? I have looked at the Tools on the tool bar but cannot see any entry point, in the new computer.

I have it on my computer so thank you for all your help.
However, I am having a problem saving my films to MP4 for YouTube and Facebook. I can export the films made on Movie Plus to my old computer and continue to transfer them to MP4; what would be wrong there?
I should add I am online but it will not convert to MP4, then a request comes up for help if not online. On my other computer, I converted Mp4 for YouTube and it always worked without an issue

I clicked on the site which did open a Google site but quite frankly I found it misleading as, for instance |I never saw the second box described and indeed illustrated in one of the above messages. Then the link appeared as a placement on the top of my page which I thought might lead me to something constructive but nothing happened. Therefore I was baffled completely.
