Thanks tomH. I tried that but it still will only allow me to increase the size to what is there . I discovered that if I right click on the text > size text> enlarge text, it will increase it slightly but I have to repeat this over and over again to get from 72 to 100 . I thought there was a way I could just change the 72 number to 100 and it would automatically resize but don`t see a way to do that quickly
I`m wondering if it sis possible to select a different font size . I can select 72 which is too small and the next size is 120 which is too large. is there a way to choose 90, or 100 ?
Solved. I hadnt saved the PDF properly so had just sent the copied PagePlus document again. Thanks for all your help I`ve sent the PDF, it has a lot of images so we`ll see what happens as I havnt had a reply from the recipient yet. I`ve learnt a lot, thanks to every one. I think I`ll simply buy my friend a copy of PagePlus if he wants more of my publications.
Ok, Ive made the PDF and it opens in my PDF reader. How do I save this to my documents as a PDF ( the one I tried to save only opens in my PagePlus and not in a PDF reader ) and how do I sent this PDF to someone in an email . Sorry for my persistance and thanks for your help again.
Hi GB thanks for that. I`m afraid I do need spoon fed for some things . I did as you said and saved it in my documents and will try and sent to the recipient.
Thanks Alfred. On doing that with both the original PagePlus document and the one I published as a PDF I got the same message from adobe of the file is not supported or sent in an email that has not been decoded what ever that means.
I made a copy of the document with a different name and saved that as a PDF, save that to my documents and linked that in the email . When i click on it myself it opens in page plus . The recipient is using Adobe reader i believe.
I made a booklet in PagePlus and have been asked to email a PDF of it to someone who does not have PagePLus so they could open it in a PDF reader . I published it to PDF, saved it in documents and then linked that in the email but the person said that what they received did not seem to be in PDF format. So how do I make and send a PDF document that can be read in a PDF reader ?

Thanks .I dont have a DVD after all I had downloaded it initially. I found the email and downloaded it from the Afinity website so all is well. I`n wondering about Draw plus as I have a DVD for that but no dvd player on the laptop
I have and use PagePlus X9 a lot on my PC I have just received a new laptop as a presy and am wondering how to install pagePlus onto it. I have the instatlation CD and reg no .

Me again sorry. When I`m typing in an ordinary text box and have to correct a letter the text next to it deletes so I have to delete the whole word and retype. I must have something "turned on" so wondering how to get back to normal.
Sorry it wasn't a calendar I was using it was a table with cells. I wasn't able to correct that particular table but in subsequent new tables I was able to recolour the cell edges as Alfred suggested table, cell properties border. Thanks also for the idea of cutting and pasting a table from Excel to PagePlus GB it also works well.
Hi Alfred sorry for the delay in replying. I thought the problem was gone as I have been able to cut and repaste a few lines of text with out removing the colour from the original cell borders on a few documents. However the issue is still there on some cells. what i have tried is to hight light all the cells and go to the swatches tab , click on outline and choose the colour but nothing works. Can you think of another way. my only other option is the delete the text in each individual cell and start all over and its a pain as I frequently need to rejig the alphabet order.
I have been using the calendar to record flower names and seedlings in much the same way that can be done in Excel. I colour the outline of all the cells which print out. However if I use cut and paste to move some of the information in a group of cells the lines are cut as well leaving a blank space. In Excel its easy to recolour these back again but I cant see a way to do this in PagePlus. Im wondering if its possible ?

Thanks Alfred, ill fiddle around with that. i have a sheet here that I printed some time ago and it has several different designs on the same page so i know it can be done, just cant remember how.
I should have mentioned Im printing on a sheet of 65 sticky labels
I have designed some different labels with pageplus X9. I only want to print a couple of each using the same sheet. how can I do this as at print it only sees to allow for a whole page . I have managed to do this before but not sure if it was with Page plus. I need to use page plus to co ordinate the colours I am using with other printed items in the same range .
I have encountered a problem lately in PagePlus X9 . When I open some documents containing picture labels with names the whole page seems to be frozen. I am unable to select anything on the page nor lasoo anything either. If I close some of the documents and reopen them sometimes the problem is resolved but there is one document that frustrated me . Anyone any ideas on how to resolve this please ?
Thanks GB. I did manage to convert the file to PDF and load into word but Page Plus Isn`t able too. I`ve decided just to buy a printed copy of the book and scan the bits i want into a smaller booklet.
I have been trying to download a book from internet archives to print as several separate documents ,signatures. It doesn't upload properly into X9 but I managed to get it into word but word cant do what pageplus is able to do. I gather I have to change the DJUV file to PDf first. Any advise would be appreciated as I havn`t a clue Thanks.
